My Recent Trips
I spent 10 days traveling in the Milan, Lake Como area of Italy in April of 2005, staying at the Villa d' Este and the Grand Hotel Tremezzo Palace. After that trip I had the pleasure of an Alaskan Cruise in May 2005 on the Crystal Harmony on one of her last voyages. My last trip was in October cruising the Mediterranean on the Crystal Symphony, visiting Athens, Kusadasi, Rome, Naples, the Amalfi Coast, Tuscany, Monte Carlo and Barcelona.

My Recent Trips I have recently returned from an Alaskan Cruise onboard the Regent Seven Seas Mariner. From the point of embarkation to our disembarkation, everything was fantastic! The ship was very luxurious, our stateroom suite was fabulous. One of my favorite moments was lounging on our veranda as we passed many "large" cruise ships on our way to Hubbard Glacier. While they could not get close to the ice because of their size, we were up close and personal with the glacier because of the ships 360 degree navigational system. The white thunder as it is called and the ice calving was spectacular as we had front row seats.I would highly recommend sailing in Alaska in May, the weather was crisp and cool, with wildlife in abundance. The perfect cruise line to experience Alaska would be Regent. I hope to see you there!!
