First, we would like to thank you for your cruise “gifts”. It was a nice touch and appreciated. We really enjoyed the trip, and thank you for the arrangements, particularly our change of return date. Our Guides in both Rome (IC Bellagio) and Athens (Greece a la Carte) were very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Crystal was just at the top of their game as usual. It’s no wonder they keep winning awards.

Next week, I hope to get started on making an Insurance claim for Delta’s screw up. The Insurance Company E Mailed me a claim form, however I haven’t been able to do anything yet as my computer crashed. I’ll let you know how I make out.
